RETURN POLICY

For item orders placed on our websites, we accept a 30-day return period starting from the date of receipt (the countdown begins the day after delivery). To exercise the right of return, the product must not have been used, and must be returned complete, intact, and in its original packaging.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify us by email, mentioning the order number, and our support team will guide them through the process. Refunds are issued within 20 days after the package is received by us.

Return shipping costs are covered by Nice Water.

Exchanges are possible if the customer is not satisfied. However, the item must not have been used and must be returned complete, intact, and in its original packaging.
