General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) for all orders placed on www.nicewater.ch, www.nicewater.shop, hereinafter referred to as Nice Water.

Please find below the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC), which form the basis for the processing and execution of the purchase contract by customers on the Nice Water websites. The personal data protection policies are contained in another document, also on an annex page.

“Customer” means any natural or legal person who enters into a transaction for commercial purposes, particularly via a secure online payment process implemented and managed by the banking institutions that Nice Water has partnered with.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

The customer accepts these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) as soon as they place an order by clicking “Order”, for any products and/or services on the Nice Water websites. The contractual relationship between Nice Water and the customer is governed by European law. This document is an integral part of the sales contract.

2. CONTRACT FORMATION

2.1 The contracts concluded on the Nice Water websites are exclusively in the French language. By placing an order for items, your contracting party is A+B Solutions Sàrl, Chemin de la Meunière 10, 1008 Prilly, Switzerland.

2.2 By clicking “Order”, you place a firm order for the items in your shopping cart. We will confirm receipt of your order by email after full payment has been received. At that point, a contract is concluded between the customer and Nice Water.

2.3 Please note that if you choose payment by bank transfer, the order becomes effective once full payment of the goods and potential shipping charges has been received.

3. PRICES AND SHIPPING COSTS

3.1 Prices are displayed in euros.

3.2 The prices shown on items at the time of ordering apply. Prices include all taxes. The price of items does not include shipping charges.

3.3 The amount of shipping charges is calculated automatically according to the destination and the content of the order. They are displayed in the summary before finalising the order.

3.4 We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The prices indicated at the time of ordering are decisive.

4. PAYMENT

4.1 We allow our customers to use different payment methods such as advance bank transfer, credit card payment, PayPal, etc. For each order, we reserve the right not to accept a payment method. Note that we accept payments from accounts in Switzerland and within the European Union (EU). You are responsible for any cash transaction fees and exchange rates.

4.2 The order will be considered accepted by Nice Water when the banking institutions have given their approval and Nice Water has validated the order by sending a confirmation email to the customer's address provided in the order.

4.3 To limit fraud, Nice Water reserves the right to request proof of address and identity of the customer before confirming their order. Nice Water also reserves the right to cancel the order in the absence of proof or if data is deemed non‑compliant.

4.4 In case of refund, we will reimburse to the account you used for the payment.

5. DELIVERY

5.1 Unless otherwise agreed between the customer and Nice Water, the order will be delivered to the delivery address indicated at the time of ordering.

5.2 We are only required to deliver items that are in our stock and those we can order from our suppliers. We ship your orders within the European territory. If the delivery time is stated in business days, these refer to Monday through Friday. This does not include Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays.

5.3 The information provided by the customer when placing the order (name, billing and shipping address) binds them. We are not responsible for any errors made by the customer when registering their account or placing their order.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

6.1 For orders of items on the Nice Water websites, Nice Water accepts a 30‑day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the goods (the period begins the day after delivery). To exercise this right, the customer must not have used the item; it must be returned complete, intact and in its original packaging.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify us by email, stating the order number, and our support team will guide them through the process.

6.2 Return shipping costs are borne by Nice Water.

6.3 An exchange is possible if the customer is not satisfied. However, the item must not have been used and must be returned complete, intact and in its original packaging.

7. WARRANTY

7.1 The legal two‑year warranty for defective products applies. During this period the customer may request repair or replacement of the defective product.

7.2 The products are covered by their manufacturers for the duration and according to the conditions indicated on the Nice Water websites. No warranty coverage will be possible beyond the period offered by Nice Water.

7.3 Warranty is excluded in case of defects caused by the customer. Particularly in cases of misuse or improper handling.

8. CHANGES TO THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

8.1 Nice Water reserves the right to modify or adjust the General Terms and Conditions of Sale for the future if technical or legal reasons are necessary. The modifications become part of the contract as soon as the customer accepts them.

8.2 If isolated clauses of the contract are or become entirely or partially invalid, or if the contract presents an unforeseen gap, the validity of the other clauses or parts of those clauses is not affected. The ineffective or missing clauses are replaced by the corresponding legal regulations.

9. JURISDICTION

In the event of a dispute, the competent jurisdiction is Lausanne.
